Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The nyayakosh.com Referral Program allows eligible users to invite friends and earn page rewards when their referred users make qualifying purchases on the platform.

2. Eligibility to Invite

To become eligible to participate in the Referral Program and invite others:

• You must have a registered and verified nyayakosh.com account
• You must have spent at least 50 pages on the platform
• Your account must be in good standing (not suspended or terminated)

Until you meet the 50 pages spending threshold, the invite feature will remain inactive on your account.

3. How the Referral Program Works

3.1 Sharing Your Invite Link

Once eligible, you will receive a unique referral code and invite link. You may share this with friends, family, or colleagues through:

• Direct sharing (copy link)
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Other personal communication channels

3.2 When Your Friend Signs Up

When someone signs up using your referral link or code:

• They will be registered as your referred user
• Their account will be linked to yours for reward tracking

3.3 Earning Rewards

You will earn 10 pages for every 100 pages spent by your referred user:

• When your referred user spends 100 pages, you earn 10 pages
• This continues for every 100 pages they spend thereafter
• Rewards are calculated and credited automatically

4. Reward Calculation

For every 100 pages spent by your referred user, you earn 10 pages.

5. Page Usage

Referral pages earned through this Program:

• Can be used for any service on nyayakosh.com
• Are non-transferable to other users
• Cannot be converted to cash or refunded
• May be subject to expiration as per platform policies

6. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to earn rewards
• Self-referral or referring your own alternate accounts
• Spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading advertising
• Using paid advertising to promote referral links without disclosure
• Any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Sharing referral links on coupon/deal websites without authorization

7. Program Modifications

nyayakosh.com reserves the right to:

• Modify reward amounts with reasonable notice
• Change eligibility criteria
• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time
• Revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent means
• Disqualify users who violate these Terms

8. Account Standing

To continue earning referral rewards:

• Both your account and the referred user's account must remain in good standing
• Accounts that are suspended, terminated, or flagged for abuse will not earn or provide rewards

9. Disputes

In case of any disputes regarding referral rewards:

• Contact our support team at support@nyayakosh.com
• Provide relevant details including referral code and referred user information
• nyayakosh.com's decision on all disputes shall be final

10. Limitation of Liability

• nyayakosh.com is not liable for technical issues that may prevent reward tracking
• We are not responsible for rewards lost due to account termination for Terms violations
• Total liability is limited to the value of disputed credits

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
